What's in the welcome package?

Under the hood, our sign-up offer is a three-tier deposit match with free spins attached, released across each of your first three deposits. It is our flagship promo and we allow only one per account holder:

• 100% match on deposit one, capped at £750, plus 50 free spins on the current Pragmatic Play featured slot
• 50% match on deposit two, capped at £500, plus 50 free spins
• 50% match on deposit three, capped at £250, plus 50 free spins

Add it up and you're looking at £1,500 in bonus funds and 150 free spins at the ceiling. Each tier runs its own 30-day activation clock, counted from the moment your triggering deposit lands.

How we hand out the free spins: we credit the 50 spins from a given tier on the same day your deposit clears. You've got a 24-hour window per tier to spend them before they lapse.

Worked example: you drop £100 by card → we credit £100 in bonus (100% match) plus your first batch of 50 FS on tier 1. Your balance reads £200, with £100 tagged as bonus. To convert bonus winnings into withdrawable funds, wager £100 x 35 = £3,500 on slots (100% contribution), or £35,000 on blackjack (10%). The whole thing sits within a 30-day window.

How to activate — step by step

1. Open your account with us using the Sign up button in the top-right corner. We'll ask for your name, date of birth (must be 18+), UK address, email and phone number.
2. Verify your email address by clicking the confirmation link that arrives in your inbox - skip this and your bonus simply won't fire.
3. Head to Cashier > Deposit and pick a payment method (card, PayPal, Trustly, Paysafecard or bank transfer).
4. Tick the "I want to claim the welcome bonus" box before you confirm the deposit. Miss the tick and your deposit lands as plain cash balance with no bonus attached.
5. Send at least £10 through. Once your payment clears we apply the bonus automatically - instant for card and PayPal, up to half an hour for bank transfer.
6. Rinse and repeat on deposits two and three to unlock tiers 2 and 3. Each tier stands on its own, so feel free to space them out or grab them all within a single week.

Rollover 35x - worked example

Say you drop £100 in to trigger tier 1. We credit £100 in bonus funds (100% match) into your account. Your balance now reads £200, but £100 of it is bonus money. We calculate wagering only against the bonus portion:

• Bonus: £100
• Multiplier: 35x
• Wagering to clear: £100 × 35 = £3,500 on slots
• Deadline: 30 days from activation
• Cap per spin: £5

Wager £3,500 on slots (which count for 100%) and you're clear. Try to do it on roulette or blackjack (10-20% contribution) and you'd need to churn £17,500 to £35,000 in bet volume - which is not a serious plan. The sensible route is to run the rollover on medium-low volatility slots sitting at RTP 96% or higher.

• Instant games / crash: 50%
• Video poker: 20%
• Roulette (all variants): 20%
• Baccarat: 20%

Stake cap while a bonus is live

No single spin or hand may exceed £5 while your bonus is in play. Cross that line and we void the bonus - plus every win tied to it - on the spot; your genuine deposit stays untouched. Our cashier fires a pop-up warning before allowing any wager above the ceiling, so heed it: one £6 spin is enough to lose the entire package.

The important bits of our T&Cs

• One welcome package per person, per household, per IP address and per payment method

• Free spins from each tier expire 24 hours after we credit them
• Any winnings you take from free spins fall under the same 35x wagering as our deposit match
• If you withdraw cash before clearing the rollover, we kill the bonus and every win attached to it
• Your bonus won't attach to any deposit under our £10 tier minimum
• We cut Skrill and Neteller out of the welcome bonus (a standard-issue industry exclusion)
• We can void bonuses connected to duplicate accounts, bonus abuse or multi-accounting at our discretion
