Responsible gambling — the full walk-through
You configure every setting from Account > Responsible gambling in your profile. Reductions apply on the spot; increases carry our mandatory 24-hour cool-off intended to keep impulsive changes out of the picture.
Deposit limit
Set a cap on how much you can deposit per day, week or month. When you hit it, our cashier refuses further deposits until the next period rolls over. You can layer several together (say £50 daily plus £200 weekly). For most of you, this is the single most useful tool.
Loss limit
A cap on net losses per period. When you reach it (regardless of how much you deposited), we block new bets until the next period starts. Handy for capping long sessions where deposits can otherwise snowball.
Session time limit
Choose a maximum session length (30 min, 1h, 2h, etc.). When time runs out, we interrupt play with a message offering to log out or pause. Useful for "getting sucked in" on our slots.
Reality check (periodic prompts)
Every 30/60/90 minutes we surface a pop-up with a summary: your total deposits, total staked, net loss/win and time elapsed. Helps you stay on top of where you are. We turn it on by default for new players and you can switch it off.
Self-exclusion (pause or closure)
The strongest self-control mechanism we offer. It completely blocks your account for the chosen window. While the exclusion is live you cannot:
- Sign in or play
- Deposit
- Receive promotional emails or notifications
- Lift the exclusion before the term ends (not even via our support)
You can withdraw your available balance at the moment you activate the exclusion.
How to activate self-exclusion
- Sign in and head to Responsible gambling > Self-exclusion
- Pick the term (24h through to permanent)
- Read the legal notice and confirm with your password
- Your exclusion is live immediately. Your active session ends and you can't sign back in until the term expires.

Warning signs of problem gambling
If a handful of these statements ring true, it's an indicator that gambling may be starting to spill over into other parts of your life:
- You spend more than you planned every time you play
- You deposit more than once in the same session to "chase" losses
- You hide what you bet from family or partner
- You borrow (from family, friends, credit cards) to keep playing
- You feel irritable or anxious when you can't play
- You think about the next deposit while at work or with family
- You've already lost money earmarked for important expenses (rent, food, bills)
- You promise to stop and can't keep the promise
Any single item on its own doesn't mean problem gambling; the pattern of several stacking up does. If you're unsure, ring 0808 8020 133 — the first conversation is exploratory, with no obligation to commit to treatment.
Protecting minors
Our minimum age to play is 18, mandatorily verified by ID document during KYC. Catching underage play is a shared responsibility:
- Don't share passwords or active sessions with anyone under 18
- Turn on parental controls on your device (iOS Screen Time, Android Family Link, Windows Family Safety)
- Install dedicated blocking software if you suspect misuse: Gamban (paid, high effectiveness), BetBlocker (free, developed by a recovery charity) — both block access to every gambling site at the device level
