Player terms of use — Mr Punter Casino
Last updated: 22 July 2026 · The following agreement regulates every interaction with mr-punter-uk.net, a platform run by Mondero Enterprises Ltd under Anjouan Gaming Board licence ALSI-152406028-FI2. Opening an account and playing on the platform is treated as unconditional acceptance of the clauses set out below.
1. Terminology
- "Operator": Mondero Enterprises Ltd, the corporate entity that holds the Anjouan Gaming Board authorisation under which mr-punter-uk.net functions.
- "Site": the mr-punter-uk.net web casino together with its mobile PWA build, encompassing every game, promotion and connected service.
- "User": any natural person, aged 18 or older, who opens an account on and makes use of the Site.
- "Anjouan Gaming Board": the offshore supervisory body that grants and monitors the licence.
- "KYC": the Know Your Customer identity check that must be cleared prior to any first cash-out.
2. Who may play
Access to the Site is reserved for individuals who, at the same time, satisfy each of the following criteria:
- Are at least 18 years old on the day they register
- Can supply a residential address that is capable of being verified
- Do not appear on any Anjouan Gaming Board self-exclusion list, nor on a judicial register that prohibits taking part in games of chance
- Are not staff, contractors or close relatives of employees of either the Operator or the Anjouan Gaming Board
- Possess the full legal capacity to sign contracts
3. Opening an account
The whole sign-up flow is completed online through the Site itself. All personal details you supply must be accurate and current. Each punter is entitled to a single account — cross-checks against photo ID, email, billing address and payment instrument are performed to catch duplicates. Any second account is closed and every winning attached to it is annulled.
4. Identity verification (KYC)
Under the Anjouan Gaming Board licence, the Operator has an obligation to confirm the identity of every customer before releasing an initial withdrawal. The paperwork required consists of:
- A government photo ID (either a driving licence or passport)
- A selfie whilst holding that same document
- A recent proof of address issued within the past 90 days (utility invoice or bank statement)
Documents are usually reviewed within 24 business hours. Should anything be missing or unclear, the compliance team will request further evidence via the email registered on file.
5. Funding and cashing out
- Minimum deposit: £10
- Minimum withdrawal: £20
- Maximum daily withdrawal: £5,000 (amounts above this trigger a supplementary compliance check)
- Maximum monthly withdrawal: £50,000
- Supported channels: Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Skrill, Neteller, bank transfer (Faster Payments), Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, USDT and DOGE
- In line with anti-money-laundering policy, payouts are always routed back to the same instrument you funded the account with. A PayPal deposit therefore returns to PayPal.
- Processing speed depends on the channel selected: e-wallets such as PayPal, Skrill and Neteller settle inside 24 hours, cryptocurrencies land in 15 to 30 minutes, and bank transfers can take up to 48 business hours.
6. Taxation
HMRC currently treats gambling winnings as non-taxable for players resident in the United Kingdom. Because the platform runs on an offshore Anjouan permit rather than a UKGC certificate, no UK gambling duty is deducted at source. Punters with substantial winnings or particular circumstances are encouraged to speak with a qualified tax adviser.
7. Promotional offers
Every promotion the Operator publishes — welcome package, reload boosts, cashback and free spins — is governed by the dedicated conditions posted on the promotions page. The following general clauses apply across all offers:
- A punter may hold no more than one active bonus at any given moment
- Bonus winnings can only be withdrawn once the required wagering has been cleared (the multiplier is stated per promotion)
- Whilst wagering is running, a bet cap applies — typically £5 per spin
- Playing abusive patterns (identical-stake spins, mathematical exploits) or operating several accounts leads to bonus forfeiture
- Promotions may be withdrawn or amended by the Operator at any point, subject to prior email notice
8. Rules of play
Every title on offer is driven by random number generators (RNG) certified by independent test laboratories accredited by the Anjouan Gaming Board. Once a round settles, the outcome is final. If a punter disagrees with a specific result they must raise the incident within 48 hours and provide the round ID; the compliance desk will then pull the studio's logs and review them.
9. Behaviour that is not allowed
- Deploying VPNs, proxies or any anonymisation technology to fake residence in a permitted jurisdiction
- Colluding with other customers during multi-player games
- Running bots, scripts or any automated software
- Bonus exploitation, particularly opening duplicate accounts to claim the same promotion twice
- Depositing with a payment instrument that does not belong to the account holder
- Passing yourself off as another individual
- Directing threats, insults or abusive language at support agents
10. Freezing and closing accounts
The Operator retains the right to suspend or terminate an account where these terms are breached, fraud is suspected, KYC returns a negative outcome, or a judicial or administrative order applies. Following closure, the confirmed real-money balance (bonus funds still under wagering are excluded) is remitted to the verified withdrawal channel inside the standard processing windows.
11. Player protection
A full suite of responsible-gambling controls is provided by the Operator, including deposit, loss and time limits together with temporary or permanent self-exclusion. Full documentation is available in the responsible gambling policy. Anyone struggling with their play can also reach GamCare directly on 0808 8020 133.
12. Updates to the agreement
The Operator, or the Anjouan Gaming Board, may require these terms to be revised at any time. Whenever a change comes into force, an email notification is sent out. Continued play after that notice is treated as acceptance of the revised text.
13. Applicable law and forum
This agreement sits inside the regulatory framework administered by the Anjouan Gaming Board. Any disagreement is referred to the competent bodies operating under that framework, but only once the internal complaints route has been exhausted and the matter has been escalated to the regulator. The Site does not hold a UKGC licence, and consequently UK ADR schemes will not adjudicate disputes.
14. Getting in touch
General questions about this agreement can be sent to support@mr-punter-uk.net. To file a formal complaint, write to complaints@mr-punter-uk.net. A live chat channel is available on the Site around the clock.
